APRIL 30: Bluebonnet Women's Tea

Join us Saturday, April 30th, 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM, for a joy-filled gathering for LF Ladies and their friends, honoring Kantrice Robinson, our Pastoral Intern.

The women will enjoy a delicious brunch, spiritual fellowship, enchanting piano music and songs by Keli Simon, and time to praise God through the testimony of speaker, Tina Samples, who is blessed to be alive today after a massive heart attack that should have left her dead.

APRIL: Faith In Action

Go be the church. April is the month when LifeGroups, families, and individuals select a service/outreach project, go into the community, and serve others in Christ's name. Look for a list of the projects at the Connect Counter.

JUNE 1: Experiencing God

Have you heard that God is always at work around you? Do you know that God pursues a continuing love relationship with you that is real and personal? God speaks to us by the Holy Spirit through the Bible, prayer, circumstances, and the church to reveal Himself, His purposes, and His ways.

When God is speaking, are you listening—do you hear Him?

On Wednesday, June 1, at 6:30 p.m., Leslie Grounds will introduce you to a study by Henry T. Blackaby and Claude V. King called Experiencing God—Knowing and Doing the Will of God. This 12-week study will keep you in the Bible for the summer and will help you know when God is inviting you to become involved with Him in His work.

The study will be offered on Wednesdays at the church and child care will be available. Cost is $15 to cover study materials. Register online at by May 27. To learn more, contact Leslie Grounds at 817-538-0489.


JUNE 6 - JULY 29: Lighthouse Christian Academy Summer School

LCA is enrolling for their summer classes. 2 years - completed 3rd grade. Before and after care is available.

Register by June 6th. Applications can be found in the LCA office. Visit the Lighthouse Christian Academy website to learn more.


JUNE 12 - 18: Youth Mission Trip

Pack your bags and let's go spread the word of Jesus! The 7th - 12th grader will be heading to Arkansas on June 12 - June 18.

Want to be the hands and feet of Jesus? Join our mission team as the head to Mexico and serve at the Casa Hogar orphanage.

As you know, registration is available for most events prior to the event date. Your registration helps us to plan for attendance, supplies and staffing. This planning is crucial in making sure that all of our events are fun, quality events for our members, guests and community. It also ensures that we are able to wisely budget for events.

Without registration we may have to decrease the quantity and caliber of the events we offer. We don't want that to happen. How can you do your part? Please register ASAP for events you plan to attend.
