Frank Briggs, Senior Pastor: fbriggs@lfwired.org
Senior Pastor Frank Briggs is originally from Arizona where he earned his undergraduate degree. In 1985
he received his advanced degree from SMU. Frank has been Senior Pastor at Lighthouse Fellowship
since 1990. He currently lives in Fort Worth with his wife, Kris, and their two sons, Jeremy (who
recently graduated college) and Nathaniel (who is a student at Stephen F. Austin College). |
Bobby Cullen, Executive Pastor: bcullen@lfwired.org
Bobby has worked for United Methodist churches since 1988. At FUMC Lewisville he moved from office assistant to financial secretary to assistant pastor. From 1996-2001 he was Associate Pastor for Sunset UMC in Pasadena, TX. From there he moved to the office of the Central Texas Conference as the Youth in Missions Director. Then transitioned to the Director of Information Technology. In January 2008, Bobby joined Lighthouse Fellowship full time as the Executive Pastor. He is an ordained Deacon. He has a BBA in Information Technology, BA in Religious Studies, and Master of Divinity from SMU. He is married to Kellie who is a Speech Therapist for Fort Worth ISD. |

Andy Crawford, Facilities Care Coordinator: crawford.andrew@att.net
Andy was born and raised in Fort Worth. He received a B.S. degree, in Industrial Arts, from North Texas State University. He entered the U.S. Air Force from school and served as a Weapons System and Electronic Warfare Officer in the Phantom II jet fighter aircraft for over 20 years. He also served as a Program Analyst in the Civil Services for Headquarters Air Force at the Pentagon. He retired in 2002 and returned to Fort Worth after being gone 37 years. As a volunteer, he began caring for Lighthouse Fellowship Church facilities in 2007. |
Kerry Kinney, Communications: kkinney@lfwired.org
Kerry is our Worship Assistant and is also in charge of Communications. She joined Lighthouse in April 2005. After listening to God’s calling to serve in ministry full time she left the corporate world to join the staff at Lighthouse in 2008.. Her position includes serving in the many areas of worship as well as editing the monthly Beacon newsletter. She feels truly blessed to be able to a part of Lighthouse in her everyday work life.
Kerry has been married to Chris for 17 years. They have a son Steven who is currently attending TCC after his internship at Teen Mania’s Honor Academy and a daughter Chyanne who is a Freshman at TBTA. Kerry’s free time is spent serving in Amped Student Ministries with her husband, son and daughter. Her passion is to lead teenagers to Christ through ministry and missions. She also enjoys spending time with her family and playing volleyball. |
Kathy Knox, Financial Secretary: kknox@lfwired.org
Kathy has lived in the area for 34 years. She grew up in Azle and moved to Fort Worth in 1977. She has two grown children, Chris and Rachel. She also has 3 furry children that she loves. Kathy enjoys reading, being outside and stamping when the time allows. She is so happy at Lighthouse and feels blessed that God brought her here to serve. |
Karen Martz, Administrative Assistant: kmartz@lfwired.org
Karen has worked in the church office for 11 years; 9 of those as Administrative Assistant. After living in Lake Worth her entire life, her family moved to Saginaw last year. Karen has been married for 23 years to her wonderful husband Willie. They were married at the old church location on Azle Avenue, then it was called Lake Worth UMC and she joined the church family in 1987. Karen’s husband Willie has been part of this church since he was in youth. They have 4 daughters: Terese’, Danielle, Katie (who teaches at LCA) and Stephanie. Karen’s mom Bobbie Sprehe is also part of the Lighthouse Fellowship family. Karen enjoys all crafts, but most of her time is spent crocheting, making jewelry and quilting. Their family is completed by three miniature dachshunds. |
Jan Moore, Receptionist: jmoore@lfwired.org
Jan graduated in Germany in 1965 at Ludwigsburg American High School. She has been a part of Lighthouse church family for 7 years now. She attended Central Texas College studying English, Psychology, and business management. Jan has two sons, and four grandsons. Jan feels honored to be a part of this church family and wonderful staff who glorify our Lord and Savior in all that they do. In her free time Jan enjoys dancing, fishing and readying her bible.

Cynthia Johns, Children's Ministry Director: cjohns@lfwired.org
Cynthia grew up in nearby Saginaw where she graduated from Boswell High School. Cynthia felt the Lord’s “tug” on her heart for Children’s ministry in 2007. Since then she has answered God’s calling & devoted her time to Children’s Ministry by becoming a Sunday School Teacher, In-Depth Bible Study Teacher, VBC Leader and has assumed the role as Interim Children’s Director.
Her college consists of courses in Psychology and Cynthia is currently a student of Louisiana Baptist University where she is obtaining her degrees in Christian Counseling for Children & Leadership Roles in the Church. Cynthia is committed to Lighthouse Fellowship and the children of Lighthouse to help them see the world through Jesus’ eyes & develop a servant’s heart.

JR Belcher, Student Ministries Youth Pastor: jbelcher@lfwired.org
J R has had the privilege of being a member at Lighthouse Fellowship for a long time. Only one week after turning 18, J R started playing drums for the church and leading worship for the youth group. The summer after graduating from high school, he started working in the office as the Intern for the Student Ministry. J R continued to be an influential part of the Student Ministries of Lighthouse for many years as well as help to lead worship and participate on the worship team of the church.
About five years ago, J R decided to make a big change in his life and marry his amazing wife Dana. They were married on November 19, 2005 and now have two children, Emileigh and Christian.
When the harsh reality of our previous Youth Pastor leaving was announced, J R started to feel a calling to step up and follow what God wanted in his life... to be the new Youth Director for Lighthouse Fellowship’s Student Ministries. The excitement in J R’s heart about this new roll in his life and the life of this Youth Program can not be expressed in words. Cindy Bozarth, Pastoral Care Director / Parish Nurse: cbozarth@lfwired.org
Cindy was born and raised in Pauls Valley, OK and received her nursing degree from University of Oklahoma. She has practiced nursing for over 30 years in Fort Worth hospitals. In 1999, she felt God call her into “ministry.” At the time she wasn’t sure where that would lead her, but through the exploration of God’s call, she became acquainted with Parish Nursing, and felt certain this was the direction God was leading her. She is furthering her education at TCU’s Brite Divinity School by working on a Master’s of Arts in Christian Service degree.
Cindy is married to Bob and they have three children: Blake, Paul and Parker as well as one granddaughter, Lilly Bozarth. |

Brian was born and raised in the Arlington, TX area. He is a graduate from the Univeristy of Texas at Arlington with a BS in Information Systems and a MBA. Currently he works for a large telecommunications company holding many positions for 16 years. He married his beautiful wife Tracy in 2001, also a graduate from UTA with a BA in Marketing, and have three children: Tre (attending college), Meghan (high school), and Miranda (elementary school). We started attending Lighthouse Fellowship in 2006, and Brian has thoroughly enjoyed working with the youth during throughout this time. He enjoys the family trips, the outdoors, woodworking, and sports. |
Paul Guffey,

Paul joined the Lighthouse Church staff in the Summer of 2011. He has served in several UMC churches through the years as well as traveling as an itinerant Worship Leader for various church and ministry related conferences and retreats. Paul grew up a bit east of here in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He and Melinda share eight children between them, ranging in ages from thirteen to twenty-two. When you walk into his office it is evident he still loves his LSU Tigers and Cajun food. In his spare time he loves to be with Melinda and the kids, write and produce music, and go fishing down in the Louisiana bayou.

Marie Guillaume,

Marie is a Director in the Fellowship Ministry and has been involved in this ministry since 1999. Marie was born and raised in Elk Point, SD and attended the University of South Dakota for two years where she married her high school sweetheart Greg. Marie and her family have lived in Minneapolis, Omaha and Chicago and transferred to Ft Worth in 1994. She was been with American Airlines for over 35 years. Marie has two sons, Tony and Chris, and five grandchildren which are the joy of her life. |
Cori Hatfield, Evangelism Director: sharefaith@lfwired.org
Cori grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma but has called Fort Worth, Texas her home for the past 10 years. She is married to Paul who helps lead the youth worship band at Lighthouse. Cori is a stay-at-home mom with two kids: Aubrey and Jared. Her hobbies include quilting, scrapbooking and swimming. She loves teaching 4th grade Sunday School. The Lord set a strong desire in Cori's heart to reach out to those who are far from God and help them realize the wonderful life-changing power of Jesus Christ. |
Joan Hughes, Prayer Team Ministry: jkh@airmail.net
Joan has lived in the area for 37 years. Joan has been married to her husband, Bud, for 43 years. They have a daughter, Sondra who is married to Derek Johnson and they have two daughters, Becky & Sara. They also have a son, Bryan who is married Angela and they have 2 daughters, Mady and Kenzy. Joan and Bud both love spending time with their granddaughters.
God called Joan to serve in Kairos Prison Ministry in 1996. She has been active ever since, usually working at the Mountain View Unit in Gatesville. She is also involved in Bible studies and loves to read. |

Dr. J. Dan Smith Ph.D., Licensed Counselor: dsmith@lfwired.org
Dan has been directing the counseling ministry for 3 years at Lighthouse. He has been involved in church counseling at churches in Lubbock and Albuquerque. He is a licensed professional counselor in Texas and a marriage and family therapist. He has a Masters degree in counseling from TX Woman’s University and a PH D in Psychology from California University. He has been married to Tammy for 11 years. She is a registered nurse. He has two grown children and five grandchildren. He and Tammy enjoy fishing, golf and hiking. |
Jack Specht, Missions Director: jackspecht@att.net
Jack was raised in Fort Worth. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BA and MBA. After college, Jack spent 14 years in computer systems consulting in New York. He returned to Texas in 1983 and worked in various computer systems management positions in DFW area. In 1999, Jack and Sharon moved to Fort Worth and joined Lighthouse Fellowship (at that time it was Lake Worth UMC). Jack and Sharon have been married since college and have two beautiful daughters, Jennifer and Alison, and one awesome grandson, Gavin. Jack has been Missions Director since 2007. Jody was born and raised in Alliance, Nebraska, where she met and married her husband Dick while working as a clerk for Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad. They moved to Newcastle, Wyoming where they attended and were very involved with the First United Methodist Church. After living in Newcastle for 20 years, Dick was transferred to BNSF headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas where they began attending Lake Worth United Methodist Church, which is now Lighthouse Fellowship. |

Nanci Danielsen, LCA Administrator: ndanielsen@lighthouse-school.org
Nanci moved to Texas in 1986 from New Jersey. She holds an Associates Degree in Early Childhood and is currently working towards her bachelor’s in Business Administration. Nanci & her husband Rich have twin boys, Ryan & Adam. As a family they love to go camping, play games and spend time together. Riding horses is one of Nanci’s favorite things to do when time is allowed. She also enjoys cooking, baking and reading. |

Don Cosby, Chair
Don lives in Secret Harbor with his wife Pam. They have two children. A married daughter Ashley and son-in-law Jeremy live in Dallas and are the proud parents of Don and Pam’s grandson Corbin. Their son is Cole, who lives in Seagoville. Don was raised in the church, confessing Christ as his Savior during a confirmation class in his teens. They became Methodists in the early 1980’s and have served in four different Methodist churches in various positions. Don is a graduate of Texas Tech University and is President of CarlileBancshares, Inc., a bank holding company in downtown Fort Worth. He also serves on the Lake Country Property Owners Association board. |
Renee Wright, Vice Chair
Renee was born and raised in Wisconsin and moved to Texas in 1990. She has been a member at Lighthouse since 2004. Renee has been married to her husband, Bill for 14 years. Bill is a production supervisor for Coca Cola Refreshments. They have a child, Braeden, who is 7 and loves drawing, playing sports and playing with their dog Sadie. Renee also helps out on the welcome team and is the blood drive coordinator. Her hobbies include scrap booking, camping and four wheeling. She currently works as an Account Analyst for an oil field service company.
"We could hear the bells from the Church on Azle Avenue when we lived in Lake Worth and it took the Church being bull dozed for us to go check it out at Boswell High School, and haven't looked back. We felt welcome and we are so blessed that we have found such a great Church family." |

Julia Kaylor, Staff Parish Relations (SPRC)
Julia lives in the Eagle Mountain Lake area with her husband Steve. They have a daughter, Melissa and son, Kelley (along with his wife Tracey and two grand children, Tyler and Rachel). She is a life-long Methodist who joined Lighthouse Fellowship in 1995. Her life verse is Deuteronomy 31:8.
Julia graduated McMurry University and is a retired teacher. She also has post college hours in sociology, economics and geography. Her hobbies are gardening and reading. Julia also belongs to the Fort Worth Lecture Series, Fort Worth Woman's Club and two garden clubs. |
