When we became members of Lighthouse we made a vow. Each month, as we take in new members, we renew that vow. The first thing is to be a person of prayer. I believe it is first because it is the most important for us, the body of Christ, the church.

As we expand the prayer ministry of Lighthouse we are asking each person how they will be that person of prayer. We need everyone involved in the prayer ministry. Sunday Morning & Wednesday Evening Prayer Requests

• Pray for the people and situations throughout the week
• Pray for those listed in the worship guide each Sunday

Prayer Teams

• Pray in the worship center before one of the services
• Pray before Sunday school over the classrooms
• Pray for those I your section during worship
• Pray for healing for those requesting prayer
• Be willing to pray for and with others

Prayer Opportunities

• Pray for those going out on mission trips
• Pray for special events (24 Hour prayer vigils)
• Pray for and with the children
• Pray for and with the youth

Help the Prayer Ministry at Lighthouse

• Address envelopes to those on the prayer list
• Write to those who are in the military on the prayer list
• Prayer Walk the building and/or parking lot
• Prayer Walk the 40 acres of Lighthouse
